Key Account Executive

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential retail customers.
Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, samples, orders, and other account-related requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Production, Purchasing, Product Development, and Logistics regarding customer requirements and order progress.
Ensure product specifications, pricing, timelines, and delivery information are communicated clearly to both customers and internal teams.
Monitor project and order progress and follow up on any issues or delays.
Respond to customer requests and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Support the development of new business opportunities and long-term customer partnerships.
Maintain accurate and organized records of customer information, quotations, orders, and account-related communication.
